The Free To Be You service has enabled us to extend our Therapeutic offer wider than we ever anticipated. This has enabled us to specifically target individual support as and when identified.

We offer flexible access options, including face-to-face, remote (webcam, text, telephone, email), and where appropriate, Walk & Talk in Sheffield & Rotherham.
We offer Pay-as-You-Go and flexible contract options to suit your needs, as well as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to embed emotional wellbeing and mental health within your organisation.
Contact us to discuss applying the person-centred approach in your context. We're always open to discussing new and innovative ways of working. A Pay As You Go contract allows organisations to refer individuals for therapy or supervision on a case-by-case basis.
