Who can help if you or someone you know is in crisis.

If you or someone you know is in crisis and finding it hard to stay safe, please can I encourage you to attend your local accident and emergency service at your local hospital. You can ring for an ambulance if needed (999), this is okay. It’s just important that you get the help that you need as quickly as possible.

If you are not in crisis but need someone to talk too about your mental health, can I encourage you to contact your GP or call 111.
