How to make a complaint

If you ever have a problem with our service we would encourage you to speak with the therapist you are seeing to try and sort things out, hopefully this will help

If you don't feel you can talk to your therapist about a problem with them or our service, or you try to do this and it doesn't go as well as you'd hoped, then you can ask to speak with the Managing Director of Free to Be You via telephone, webcam, or in person about the problem or you can also write a letter or an email to the Managing Director too.
